Welcome to Yapper’s Delight! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, www.yappersdelight.com, and any purchase of products from us. By accessing or using our site, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Our Products

Yapper’s Delight specializes in embroidered pet gear, matching owner apparel, and custom-designed accessories. All product listings describe available options, including sizes, materials, thread colors, and customization details.

Please note that color variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or material texture. Embroidery placement and scale may vary slightly since each piece is created individually.

2. Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom and personalized orders—including embroidered names, dates, appliqué patches, and made-to-match pet items—are created specifically for you.

➡️ All custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded once production has begun.
If an error occurs on our part (wrong color, name misspelling differing from the approved proof, or defective stitching), please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll work with you to correct it promptly.

3. Order Processing & Shipping

Orders typically process within 5–10 business days (custom items may take longer). Processing times may vary during high-demand periods or holidays.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another once it ships. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

4. Returns & Exchanges

For non-customized apparel or accessories, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Custom-made items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We accept major credit cards and secure payment methods available at checkout. Payment must be completed before an order is processed.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, including images, text, logos, designs, and product photography, is owned or licensed by Yapper’s Delight and protected under copyright and trademark law.
No content may be used, copied, or distributed without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Yapper’s Delight is not responsible for any indirect or incidental damages arising from use of our site or products. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for your order.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
